Nominated reason:

As a result of his passion for the aquarium, Flair Wang entered the aquarium trade company after leaving the army and worked for many years in the fishery management, wholesale, retail and import and export businesses. With his subsequent post in Weizhi Cultural Technology Publishing Co., Ltd (now Dehe Marine Biotechnology Co., Ltd.), he became the editor of the Aikuzu Aquarium monthly (Aquazoonews), and later promoted to the post of editor and master editor.

In addition to Aikuzu, books about aquatic organisms of various species have been written and published from time to time, such as "short bream in South America", "Aquatic plant cultivation and Landscape", "the irregular World of small maze", "the Iron Knight--Freshwater crayfish" and so on. His books are about all kinds of freshwater fish and aquatic invertebrate animals, especially for the study of small-sized ornamental fish and the aquarium photography.

Since October 2018, the "Fishbook Must be Fish(www.fishbook.com.tw)" Chinese best aquatic  popular Information platform network was officially set up, bringing together the top authors of the relevant fields of the Chinese and foreign aquatic communities and publishing weekly articles and latest popular information about aquatic organisms.
